Late Arrivals

In consideration of our other clients, late arrivals may not receive their full scheduled service. If you believe you may not arrive at your appointment on time, a phone call to the salon is always appreciated.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please be mindful of our cancellation policy below.

If your appointment is 1 hour or less, we require 24 hours’ notice.

If your appointment is 2 hours or more, we require 48 hours’ notice.

If your appointment is 3 hours or more, we require 72 hours’ notice.

In the event of a no-show, or if you cancel in less than the required time prior to your appointment, you will lose your deposit, or be charged 50% of your total service fee.

A major credit card is required to hold all appointments for services of 2 hours or more. Our front desk will inform you if your appointment exceeds the 2 hours mark and if a card is needed. A $100 deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

We ask this as a courtesy to your stylist, their time and the clients on our waiting list.
