Late Arrivals

In consideration of the other clients, late arrivals may not receive their full scheduled service. If you believe you may not make an appointment on time, a phone call to the salon is always appreciated.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours. In the event of a no-show, or if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service fee.

A major credit card is required to hold all appointments for services of 2 hours or more. Our front desk will inform you if your appointment exceeds the 2 hours mark and if a card is needed. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. In the event of a no-show, or if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service fee.

This is as a courtesy to your stylist and so we may accommodate the needs of other clients.
