Late Arrivals

In consideration of the other clients, late arrivals may not receive full scheduled service. If you believe you may not make an appointment on time, a phone call to the salon is always appreciated.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours. In the event of a no-show, or if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service fee.

A major credit card is required to hold all appointments for services of 2 hours or more. Your  card will not be charged, however, in the event of a no-show, or if you cancel less than our 48 hour requirement, your card will be charged for 50% of the total service fee. This is as a courtesy to the staff member and so we may accommodate the needs of other clients.
